When you add, modify, or delete an employee's profile in Entra ID, these changes are automatically synchronized with eGoldHub, ensuring that all records are up-to-date. This synchronization streamlines user management, saving time and reducing the potential for errors.  

Automated Employee Assignment

When a new employee is added to the directory, eGoldHub automatically creates an account for them within the platform. This eliminates the need for manual data entry, ensuring that no employee is overlooked in the compliance process.

Role-Based Policy & Training Assignment

Employees are assigned to specific roles and departments within Entra ID AD. eGoldHub leverages this data to automatically assign relevant policies, training modules, and certifications based on the employee’s department or job title. This means that every employee, from HR to marketing, will only see the policies and courses they need to complete.

Dynamic Updates

If an employee moves to a different department, switches roles, or experiences a status change (e.g., from probationary to full-time), their updated information in Entra ID AD triggers the platform to adjust their training and policy requirements. This ensures that your compliance records are always aligned with the most current employee data, without any manual intervention.

Offboarding

When an employee leaves your organization or is transferred, their account in Entra ID AD is updated, and eGoldHub automatically reflects this change. The system can be set to remove the user’s access to sensitive policies or training materials upon offboarding, maintaining a clean and up-to-date employee roster.
